Every case is made to order: production typically takes 2–7 business days, then shipping time depends on your location. If a case arrives misprinted, damaged, or wrong, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos; once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
Because every GoCraftly case is made to order — printed fresh for your phone and your design — the process looks a little different from grabbing something off a shelf. Here's exactly what happens after you hit checkout.

Changing or cancelling an order
Because production can begin shortly after checkout, changes or cancellations are only possible within a limited window. If you need to update your model, design, or address, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
The Perfect Print Promise
We check orders before they go out. If your case arrives misprinted, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. Once the issue is reviewed and confirmed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
