Many GoCraftly products are customized based on your selected phone model, case type, finish, uploaded image, text, or other personalization details.

By placing a custom or personalized order, you are responsible for confirming that all details are correct before checkout, including but not limited to:

We are not responsible for customer input errors, including selecting the wrong phone model, uploading the wrong image, submitting low-resolution or blurry images, entering incorrect text, or providing an incorrect shipping address.

Once a custom order has entered production, it may not be possible to cancel, change, return, or exchange the order unless there is a confirmed quality issue, printing error, damage, or fulfillment mistake.

5. Uploaded Content and Image Rights

If you upload images, text, designs, or other content for personalization, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to use that content.

You agree not to upload or submit content that:
