At GoCraftly, many of our products are made to feel personal and are created just for you. Because of that, our return and exchange policy is a little different from standard retail items.
Standard returns or exchanges may not apply to made-to-order items

Changes or cancellations may only be possible shortly after purchase
1. Custom Orders
Most GoCraftly products are personalized or made to order. Because of this, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were produced exactly as ordered.
We encourage customers to carefully review their device model, design choices, and uploaded images before placing an order.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we're here to help.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item showing the problem
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
3. Order Changes or Cancellations
Because production often begins shortly after an order is placed, changes or cancellations may only be possible within a limited window after purchase.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.
4. Customer Input Errors
We cannot offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by customer-provided information, including:
• Selecting the wrong phone model
• Uploading low-resolution or incorrect images
• Spelling mistakes in custom text
• Incorrect shipping address
Please double-check all information before completing your order.
5. Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost during delivery, please contact us so we can help investigate with the shipping carrier.
Resolution may depend on tracking updates, carrier confirmation, and delivery status.
